LOCATION: Trailhead across from Safeway (880 S. Perry Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104)
MEETING:   Park on Perry Street across from Safeway. Look for Town of CR white F150 with flashing light on top.

LOCATION:  Wrangler Park

TASK:           Park Clean Up at PSM Park (Philip S Miller Park / MAC)
LOCATION:   1375 W Plum Creek Parkway (West of I-25)
MEETING:     Park and meet in the AMPHITHEATER Parking Lot. Look for Town of CR POST Partners truck with flashing light on top.

PROCEDURE AND GUIDELINES
1. If a participant is age 14 and under require a participating parent or guardian at all times.
2. Everyone must register prior to the event.
3. All participants will sign upon registration a signed waiver.
4. Wear closed-toe shoes for walking and keep hands free for work - (suggest zippered pocket or backpack).
5. Stay home if you feel sick.
6. Volunteers will wear the orange safety vest during the outing, provided by the coordinator at the time of the event.

3. Wear closed-toe shoes for walking and keep hands free for work - (suggest zippered pocket or backpack).

5. Volunteers will wear the orange safety vest during the outing, provided by the coordinator at the time of the event.

LOCATION: Mitchell Gulch Park - 365 South Cherry Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104. Park is located off of Mikelson Blvd. 

PARKING: Main parking lot. Look for POST Partners Truck.

Special Olympics Colorado – Seasonal Sports & Volunteer Opportunities

Special Olympics Colorado (SOCO) sports and teams operate on a seasonal basis, with practices held weekly. Each sport includes regional and state competitions, with details provided during the season.

Winter: Basketball (January–March, Sundays)

Spring: Swimming (April–June, Sundays)

Summer: Golf (June–September)

Please note: Sports are subject to change based on interest, scheduling, and program requirements.

All volunteer onboarding, background checks, and training are managed directly by Special Olympics Colorado.

Shuttle drivers are needed M - F from 8:00 am - 3:30 pm for specific routes.  All drivers must pass a background check and have a valid Colorado Driver's License.
